The Tombstone Lions Club once again will be hosting Wyatt Earp Days, Memorial Weekend, May 23rd - 25th, 2009. The Tombstone Lions will be selling new 2009 Henley shirts commorating the weekend.
Once more, the Lions will be raffling of an 1851 44 cal. Black Power, Navy Revolver.
Saturday, May 23rd, 2009: The weekend kicks off on Saturday the 23rd at 10:00AM with the singing of or National Anthem and will have continuous entertainment until 4:00PM.
Sunday, May 24th, 2009: The Tombstone Vigilantes will once again host their "Showdown in Tombstone - 2009" during the weekend. The costume competition is open to everyone, with the exception of the Tombstone Vigilantes.
The re-enactment competition is open to all re-enactment groups. Tombstone Vigilantes wish to express their heart felt thanks to The Tombstone Lions for allowing them to have a very prominent part of the weekend.
Also, on Sunday, there will once again be the most delicious Chili Cookoff.
Monday, May 25th, 2009: The day will start at 10:00AM with or National Anthem and will have continuous entertainment right up until the time for the winner drawing of the 1851 Navy Colt revolver, about 4:15PM.
